The Group has always focused on the provision of premium after-sale services. Apart from the establishment of two major service centers in Beijing and Shanghai, the Group provides real-time maintenance services in each retail store. The newly invested customer services company established in 2007 experienced fast growth in development, providing all-round services and the best quality assurance to customers through interactive customer services network consisting of “repair and maintenance service centers”, “repair service stations” and “repair service points”. The Group also set up a “4008 Xinyu Hengdeli Customer Services Hotline” which is dedicated as the unified access by external parties for the services of the Group. The hotline timely and swiftly delivers to the customers consultation and read time services.
The Group has obtained the authorised repair and maintenance right from 36 international brands, which proved that the Group’s strong maintenance and customer service system won recognition from international brands.
