Xinyu Hengdeli has established an extensive sales network of 210 retail shops in the PRC and Hong Kong, distributing approximately 50 renowned international watch brands. The retail network are classified under three categories of multi-brand shops, namely Xinyu Elegant, Xinyu Prime Time and Xinyu Temptation, or under mono-brand boutique. The Group will continue to place emphasis on the building of expand retail distribution network.

Xinyu Hengdeli and the Swatch Group have jointly established a retail company in the PRC, to operate boutiques of watches, jewelry and other related accessories of the Swatch Group. With the support of both Groups, this JV has opened an Omega flagship shop in Huaihai Road, Shanghai and two Swatch boutiques in Harbin and Qingdao.
