Xinyu Hengdeli maintains good business relationship with various suppliers of world-renowned watch brands such as the Swatch Group, the LVMH Group, the Richemont Group, the Rolex Group and the Desco Group, and distributes 20 world-renowned watch brands, 18 of which are on an exclusive basis. The Group had over 300 wholesale customers in over 40 cities in China. The status of the exclusive distributor for many international brands and the ownership of a giant wholesale network realised the trust and full suport from brands to the Group. Xinyu Hengdeli also owns its own watch brands, Nivada, Olma and Numa Jeannin.

The Group signed a distribution agreement of OMAS, a Italian specialist in handcrafting and distribution of fine writing instruments with LVMH Group in early 2007 to be the exclusive distributor for selling all its products, including high-end writing instruments and leather goods.

Following the acquisition of OMAS, the world’s renowned brand carried by LVMH on 15 October 2007, the Group made significant restructuring to OMAS in terms of brand features and marketing strategies. Its new positioning is redefined by expanding to other high-end consumer goods such as leather goods in addition to writing instruments. Strong marketing initiatives have been launched in China with the aim of speeding up its expansion efforts in the market. As of 30 June 2008, OMAS has opened 23 shops in China, including Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing, Shenyang, Wuxi, Zhengzhou, Hanzhou and Suzhou. Sales results of these shops are growing gradually.
